Is Aqeeka Farz?
And Sir is there any rule that on a baby boy birth we have to sacrifice 2 animal and in baby girl birth we have to sacrifice 1 animal ??

It is no farz not is it a Sunnah. It was a practice in Arab and the prophet let his followers do it as a sign of their gratitude to God for having children.

Yes, it is according to one’s means and choice. You may do charity instead. It is all about showing your gratitude to Allah by paying tribute to Him.
