Asslamo Alaikum! My name is Muhammad Safeer Shahid from Pakistan. I work in a company where my timing of work is 4 pm to 12.30 am Pakistani. After sleeping, I have to wake up for fajr at 5 pm. which becomes difficult for me and after offering Fajr I go to sleep but then it also becomes difficult for me to sleep which causes me headache and I suffer when I work. Does Quran and Hadith have anything to deal with this. can I offer my Fajr prayer when I get up in the morning after getting suitable sleep? or will I have to continue what am doing?

You should perform the Fajr prayer at its designated time. Whether you choose to pray right after Fajr begins or closer to its end, select the time that suits you best. It’s important to build the habit of going back to sleep after Fajr. With persistence, you’ll succeed in establishing this routine.
