Please refer to the following video with the only difference that in case of only one daughter, half of the distributable inheritance is given to the daughter and there will be some undistributed inheritance.

So the inheritance works as in this case:

-The inheritance goes to parents, wife and 50% of it goes to the only daughter

-Then the remaining inheritance goes to the nearest male heir, in that case it is the cousin

    So i have several questions:

-can male cousin become guardian of her female cousins and the woman can also marry her guardian in that case? In case of father, brother, uncles and grandfather you cannot marry them

-suppose male cousin at the time of death of his uncle is 2 years old. The daughter of the deceased is in her 20s. Isn’t it more feasible in that case to give all the inheritance to the daughter since she can take care of herself and also her cousin since her cousin also needs a guardian so how come he can become the guardian of his cousin

In the second scenario (b) described in the main post, the daughter and son of the deceased brother will inherit their father’s share. The estate will be divided in a 2:1 ratio. Two parts of the estate will be allocated to the daughter and son of the deceased brother because it would be his share if he were alive and now his children will get his share, while one share will be given to the girl (sister of the deceased)
