  • Zakat And Its Concept Of Purification Of Wealth

    AoA,

We know zakat is an obligatory monetary contribution towards society and God for wealthy people. And Quran says it is to purify the wealth. Can we derive a natural principal from this that everyone who has aquired a specific amount of wealth has some of the impurities (Haram) in it? Because sadqa/kherat is always there to give away whenever someone wishes but zakat being obligatory, does it make that particular wealth impure which has to be purified. Can we derive any natural law in existence which stops someone to earn a complete halal wealth?

    Regards
