  • Orphan Who Has A Source Of Wealth, Asking For Money?

Can an orphan ask others for money based on the mere fact that he is an orphan even though he has a source of wealth that his parents left behind for him and his basic needs are being fulfilled? Sure, we are still obliged to be very kind to them in terms of respect but what about giving them money in this case?

Begging is not justified simply because someone is an orphan. If assistance is needed, they can request help, otherwise they should be self-sufficient like anyone else. Legally, an orphan refers specifically to a minor who has lost parental care; upon reaching adulthood, orphange no longer applies.
