    Is palmistry and astrology authentic?

Does Islam gives permission to us to just ask for our lines of palms or sequence of stars?

This is guesswork and Muslims are advised not to indulge and believe in it.

The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: “Whoever goes to a fortune-teller and asks him something, his prayer will not be accepted for forty nights.” (Muslim, 2230)
Hazrat Aisha narrated, “Some people asked Allah’s Apostle about the fore-tellers. Allah’s Apostle said to them, “They are nothing (i.e., liars).” The people said, ‘O Allah’s Apostle! Sometimes they tell something which comes out to be true.” Allah’s Apostle said, “That word which comes to be true is what a jinx snatches away by stealing and then pours it in the ear of his fore-teller with a sound similar to the cackle of a hen, and then they add one hundred lies to it.” (Sahih Bukhari Hadith 5763)

    With due respect

    Palmistry is like weather forecasting

One can predict the weather by noticing different things.

Same for palmistry they just see the lines of hand and then they know that the people with specific common traits have this line of hand in common and then they conclude that this pattern has repeat many time in past so there is chancing.

Same time of model is used in financial words to predict the future of markets through technical analysis.

So it’s not something jinn foretells u

Actually it’s noticing the re occurring patterns

What’s your take on this sir irfan

Weather forecast is becoming more accurate due to scientific advancement and still it is never said to be 100% accurate. Always the channel will mention that it is predictable….

Now which satellites palmist are using and how they are taking position of authority in determining future?

They say that the lined have a repetitive pattern

So when they say this line is more prominent in people of such qualities so whenever that line appears in other person they guess that they will be the same..

And they don’t predict, the certified palmistry don’t predict. They will tell you about people nature or what will be good for them on basis of lines.

( I am not defending them, rather typing their pov here )

Parents can tell a lot about children based on repetitive behaviour 🙂

In my experience Palmist creates an ambiguity in our faith. If they know about ‘next’ why they don’t fix their own problems.
