Does God Communicate To Us Through Our Thoughts?
Are there any evidences in Quran or Hadith that God can communicate to us through our emotions and thoughts?

Like I am stuck in a place where I know I should take path B but society ke pressure mein I’m trying to stick to Path A
.
Lekin phir aisi anxiety trigger hoti hai that my body literally stops functioning. And just the thought of going on path B makes it go away. Jaise Allah ne sar per haath rakh dya ho.

Could this be a sign from God that I am on the wrong path?

Allah tells in the Qur’an that He guides the people to the right path who arrives in His way.
He taught us to ask for guidance from God which means He guides, when He wants.
