If Jinn are/were able to see angels and hear them receiving divine messages, how is it that they (some) remain non-believers?

They are not non believers, but there are rebels among them.
The rebellious attitude can be observed in humans too. The one who grabs others piece of land or murder someone, commits these crime despite his knowledge that he is doing heinously wrong.
