Assalam O Alaikum! Thanks. Please tell me that regarding combining Namaz will be pray shortened (Qasr)Namaz that is 2 instead of 4 Rak’a if we are combining Dhuhr and Asr. Can we also combine Maghrib and Isha, will we also shorten Isha? Is there a need for an emergency, a certain amount of kilometers from home, just being in journey, staying for certain days mayne 15, or any one suffices? What is the ruling. If we are at home in a hurry can we pray shortened Namaz?

There is no specification of kilometers or days. It is about the situation. Watch the video carefully.

    You have options: You can:

shorten the prayers and say them separately or join them

You can join the prayers without shortening them.

Zuhr Asr and Maghrib Isha are joined.

Thanks. Also can we combine at any time for example at time of Maghrib pray it with Isha, and at time of Isha pray with Maghrib or is there a specific way? And in normal circumstances is combining Namaz allowed.

You can join them either way, Asr in Zurhar time or vice versa.

Relaxation is given only when the circumstances are not normal.

Thanks. So which Namaz will we pray first, if we are praying Dhuhr on Asr time which Namaz will be prayed first?

Of course, the first comes first. Keep the order as it is it.

First meaning praying Maghrib when missed it at the time first if missed then Isha right? or praying Isha. What if when we get Isha congregation prayer then can Maghrib be prayed later?

Joining the payer does not consider a prayer missed. If you join Zuhar and Asr, say the Zuhar first and then Asr. The same is true for Maghrib and Isha. If mistakenly one changes the order, it is negligible
