Riba And Gharar
Assalam O Alaikum. Hope you are well. I am a student of law and have Islamic law as a subject. I need to find the different jurisprudential differences regarding the prohibition of Riba and Gharar both classical and contemporary, have some sought to allow it? I need to mention both views. Can you please guide regarding the views. Also please recommend me some articles and sites where i can find good articles on Islamic law.
