Compulsory To Check Whether It Is Pure Or Impure
Assalamualaikum
My question is while washing after urinating some splashes comes on my buttock or body and I’m not 100% certain whether it is pure or impure but mostly in my opinion it is pure because i pour large amount of water on it so it is compulsory on a person to investigate or check if he is in doubt whether something is pure or impure

It is not required to investigate. If some real impurity comes to notice, remove, it, if there is doubt, do not follow the doubt.

And i have an other question that is if some splashes of urine comes on my cloth which is less than 1 dihram in which prayer is valid my question is these splashes is capable of transferring if i touch with wet hand or it becomes wet due to water fall and transfer to other body

Since 100 purity is not always possible, therefore, minor impurities are negligible, and not specific to 1 dirahm.
Minor water splashes are not in the amount to transfer.
Having said that, it is waswasa, not a real thing. One should ignore these thoughts to get rid of them.
