if i feel wetness of urine fall on garment but not 100% certain so it is compulsory on me to go and cheak and findout or the rule of certainty applied

The rule of certainty will apply. Moreover there is not way to ensure the wetness is urine or perspiration

I also think i should not have to go and check because this is mostly the waswasa from shytan until I’m mostly sure about impurity
