As a principle as I understand, Hadeeths can’t be used to make laws. Hadiths are always subjective and thus can’t always be used as generalization. Presenter here in this video is doing the contrary. He has presented Ghamidi sb.’s view as point no. 1 and acting as Judge (which is not very intelligent thing to do.).

You can refer to 23 series on takfir for more detailed view of Ghamidi sb

In short Ghamidi sb refers to this hadith that whats in the heart is known to Allah so no one can know the reality of intentions or belief.

There is an hadith which Ghamidi sb consider authentic words are as follows

Any person who called his brother: “O unbeliever” (has in fact done an act by which this unbelief) would return to one of them. If it were so, as he asserted (then the unbelief of man was confirmed but if it was not true), then it returned to him (to the man who labeled it on his brother Muslim).

Ghamidi sb said in 23 series that if a person says he is muslim and we labelled them non muslim then it return to us.

In case of Ahmadi, they have wrong understanding of the verse. We will highlight their wrong understanding only.

Yes, from our perspective they are denying Quran it self son yeah its kufr .

But from their perspective, Quran donot talk about finality of prophethood.

Thatswhy Ghamidi sb says, we will highlight the mistake but we wont declare them kafir as they insist on believing one God and Quran. God will do the judgement on the day of qiyamah.

What they believe is kufr but because of lack of knowledge they don’t accept the finality of prophethood, isnt it the responsibility of umma to make them know that their belive is kufr? Instead of just saying this verse is misunderstood by them

    Response from Ghanidi GPT

According to Ghamidi Sahab’s understanding, the issue of Takfeer (excommunication from Islam) is a very sensitive and serious matter. He emphasizes that declaring someone a Kafir (disbeliever) is not a right that individuals or groups can exercise lightly. Instead, it is a matter that requires the Conclusive Proof of God’s Truth (Itmam-e-Hujjah), which only Allah and His messengers can establish.
In the case of Ahmadis or any other group, Ghamidi Sahab’s principle is that if someone declares themselves to be a Muslim, they should be treated as such in terms of their identity and public reputation. While one may disagree with their beliefs or consider certain views as Kufr or Shirk, this does not automatically lead to their excommunication from Islam. The Quran itself demonstrates this principle by referring to the People of the Book, who were involved in Shirk, as “People of the Book” rather than outright labeling them as disbelievers.
Thus, Ghamidi Sahab’s approach is to focus on discussing and critiquing beliefs and concepts rather than passing judgments on individuals or groups. He maintains that the identity of a Muslim is based on their self-declaration, and it is not for others to strip them of this identity. This principle applies universally, including to the Ahmadi community.

Should we consider them as muslim? Ok because of negative consequences we don’t declare them openly kafir but as a matter of fact who reject the belief of khatm e nubuwat it know that It is kufr so should we too think they are Muslim ? Or insted of calling kafir can we say non muslim? Because there is no chance of considering some one a believer when he rejects final prophethood
