Is it permissible for a rape victim to abort the kid after 120 days of formation? If no, then how can it be justified to women for whom this could necessarily contribute to post traumatic stress since the kid would always remind them of the rape incident.

The victim should abort before it takes the human form if she wants to avoid the child. 120 days is a big time to decide. Once the fetus attains the human form, its abortion is murdering a human. The society then has to adjust itself for the child.
