    Blood In The Bones And Meat

    There is sometimes blood stuck in the bones and meat, is it ok to eat that food according to Islamic dietary laws?


    Is it just flowing blood that is prohibited?

    It is only the flowing blood that is prohibited. The word used is Dam mafsooh, meaning flowing blood.

    But in Quran 5:3, وَٱلدَّمُ is used which translates to “and the blood”.
