I have some confusion. I could not get the point regarding good luck or bad luck. For example, i had an important meeting in other city. I travelled to that city as beard expenses and time but when i reached there i told by the staff that meeting was cancelled. So this is my bad luck? If i told by the team earlier i did not go to that city and it counts my good luck.

And 2nd this we often listen that every thing has a ” maslahat(benefit, advantage , welfere). So this term relates to term bad luck?

One cannot know when and where God was involved in something or where the usual law of cause and effect worked. A Muslim is supposed to ask God for ease and favour and keep faith in God that whatever He decides for him is good for him.
