OCD – Cleaning Shoes In Washing Machine
Can I wash shoes in the washing machine? Will it effectively remove all impurities? The thought that’s bothering me is that the soles of the shoes are difficult to clean, and they may remain dirty even after the wash. This could result in the impurities from the soles transferring to the rest of the shoe during the cycle, potentially making them even more soiled. Am I overthinking this?
Additionally, will running an empty cycle afterwards be enough to thoroughly cleanse the washing machine?

Shoes are worn so that the dirt and other impuritues can stick to them and not tranfser to our feet. Shoes usually act as a good barrier in preventing the impurities from transfering to the feet. In cases where one notices a clear impurity attached to the shoe’s bottom, then to avoid its spread to other locations, simple rinsing of the bottom of the shoe would suffice.
There is no need to overthink this–shoes are meant to hold impurities at their bottom.

جب بھی میں وضو کے لیے کھڑی ہوتی ہوں، میرے دل میں سوالات کا طوفان اٹھتا ہے۔ہر قدم پر یہ خیال آتا ہے کہ کہیں کوئی حصہ خشک نہ رہ جائے۔میں بار بار اپنے وضو کے ہر حصے کو دہراتی ہوں تاکہ کوئی کمی نہ رہ جائے۔ذہن میں یہ شک پیدا ہوتا ہے کہ کیا میرا وضو مکمل ہوا؟میں ان سے چھٹکارا پانا چاہتی ہوں۔
اس لیے چاہتی ہوں کہ میں مختصر وضو کروں، کیا میں صرف فرض وضو ادا کر سکتے ہیں جس طرح قران پاک میں بتایا گیا ہے جیسے کہ چار اعضاء کو دھونا؟
چہرے کو دھونا، کہنیوں تک ہاتھ دھونا، سر کا مسح کرنا، ٹخنوں تک پیر دھونا، کیا یہ کرنے سے میرے وضو مکمل ہو جائے گا؟
میں نے بہت بار اپ سے پوچھا ہے لیکن مجھے تسلی بالکل نہیں ہورہی، مجھے او سی ڈی ہے شاید اس لیے
