To my understanding, sins are only possible if there is a free will. Only humans and Jins have free will. Since AI doesn’t have soul or free will, it should not be able to commit sins; no sinful thinking, no sinful speech, no sinful images, no sinful suggestions and no sinful acts unless hardcoded to commit sins into its programming. Current there is no such hardcoding to compel AI to commit sins. In such case it should be incapable of commiting sins, but it does produces materials, graphics and suggestions that are against Islamic principals. Why?

Ai bring its domain knowlsdge created by humans. So, its capable of doing so because of the training on information created by humans.

Ai models can be restricted from generating any info which is not wanted. For example, chat gpt 4.0 donot make racist joke because of the guideline set.
