Why Allah Told Angels That He Is Going To Create Human Race
In surah Baqarah, it is mentioned that Allah tells angels that He is going to create humankind on earth. If he seeks no advice nor to consider their openion, why does He had to tell this to Angels? I mean it is God we are talking about.

Angels have to deal with humans, therefore God told them he was creating a new creation. Since angels have intellect, therefore God informed them and cleared their doubts. This is because God is very considerate and it was His generosity.

What is meant by angles have to deal with humans

They are connected with them. Some of them record their deeds, other run the affairs of the world, they protect them. They bring revelation to the prophets. They punished their deniers etc.

What if Allah would have created humans and then ordered Angels. They would have to obey. What did He ask them?

Allah did not ask them, rather he informed them. There was no obligation on God to do so, be He chose to do it. As to why he did that? we can come up with different reasons based on God’s attributes, but it is not our place to play God and give a conclusive answer in this regard.
