Is the female chest included in the word farj, or does it only refer to the genitalia? If yes, then why do some scholars (Shafi’i and Hanafi) differ in their opinion, allowing a woman to show her chest to mahram men?

Woman’s chest is included in Farj. This is evident, as women do not reveal it in any society. The same is the opinion of all the scholars. If you have anything different to this, you may share the reference.
