A Woman’s body should stay covered as a body of man should stay covered. This is a simple injunction not expose ones body. Woman’s body needs more covering as compared to man because not only genitalia but her chest too is included in furuj.

But sir isnt this hadith clear about head covering?

There’s debate on the authenticity of this narration itself.
On one hand shiekh Albani calls it Sahih, on the other hand hafiz zubair Ali Zae call it weak (daef). Abu Dawud himself mentions that this narration is mursal (with a broken chain).

It doesn’t mention that head covering is compulsory or not. It is a simple I junction to be well covered in a given culture.
It is the Qur’an that discusses it precisely. It doesn’t specify head covering compulsory or some special kind of hijab it introduces.
