Aoa, I want a detailed reply on Fajar timings , can we pray fajar before azaan or at start of sehar timings.

Suhur time or Sehri time is the same as the time of Fajr, therefore Fast starts from that time and so does the time of Fajr Salah. Adhan may or may not be delayed a few minutes, therefore it is advised to rely on the scientifically determined time of Fajr and follow our clocks for Suhur time. Fajr Salah can be offered once Suhur time starts.
