I am sure it’s my confusion instead. What is zakatable and what is not. So with following details, kindly help whether it’s like this or else

    Accumulated assest

    1. One house, approx value 4 crore on monthly rent 88000/- per month

    2. Current balance in bank: 900000 (saving from pay, rent, pension)

    3. 200,000/- in investment (saving)

Routinely, monthly earning for house running, and saving

    285000/- pay

    88000/- rent from house

    185000/- pension

So what should I enter in calculator for zakat due?

For the salary part, tax is deducted , so it’s still zakatable?

Plus salary, rent is utilised in expenses there and then and only some amount is saved over a period of time.

So how come annual salary, rent is also computed for zakat

On salary and rent the zakat of production is applied. It is 10 percent of the income that is taxable. It is applied on every salary every month.

The taxes deducted on salary and rent are counted as zakat paid.
