In above vedio at 32:50, Ghamdi sb made reference to a hadith regarding principle to deal with matters of ‘mushtabehat’. Can I get the reference of that hadith or ahadith if those are more than one. Thanks.

Sir is it right to conclude from this hadit that one should not declare ‘mushtabeh’ things haram? At best one should avoid them but if someone indulges in those things chances are that he will not be sinful?
