Islamically, are sins like homosexuality, bestiality, fornication etc. considered zina too or just fawahish? What are their punishments (wordly or in afterlife) ?

Zina is illicit sex between man and women. The other forms of unlawful sexual activities have different names. They are sinful. But they may or may not have the same punishment of zina, depending on similarity of the act and discretion of the judge.
