    1) If someone rinses his mouth during fasting and some residual water is left mixed with Silva it’s not necessary to spit it out and it can be swallowed am I correct?

2)if someone didn’t know something breaks his fast and does it is his fast valid?

    3) if one leaves fast due to a valid reason can one make it up at his own convenience or is it obligatory make up as soon as possible and if one does not is he sinful.likewise I have heard that if a person missed his fast it must be made up before the next Ramadan or else Kaffrah must be done is this true?

4)Silva that had exited the mouth like if Silva was on your lip it can be swallowed as long as it is connected to the mouth right?

The principle is, there is ease in Deen. Unavoidable and unusual hardship is avoided in performing rituals.

    Your opinions are right.

You can make up for the missed fast at your convenience.
