What is Ghamidi sb view on Waqf and in particular Indian new Waqf Bill. What is waqf by user, is it islamic. should non muslim be allowed in Muslim religious organisation. Why is there so much possibility of corruption in waqf administration if this law is divine.

Waqf is to specify the use of a property. It can be for public or for one’s own children. In that case the property is not distributed in inheritance.
We need to know the details of the waqf law of India to comment on.
