Judgement
An atheist asked me that Some people, due to brain disorders or surgery, develop completely new personalitiessometimes changing every few minutes. Others become more violent or evil-minded because of their medical condition. These individuals might commit murders or serious crimes while knowing their actions are wrong, yet their intentions and will are shaped by the disorder. Islam teaches that judgment is based on intention, will, and action, and exempts only those who have completely lost their mental capacity. But what about those who still know right from wrong yet act on evil impulses caused by a medical issue? How will God judge them—especially those whose personalities and intentions shift rapidly, sometimes every 5mins. What is the law for these people from quran and hadith
