    Assalamu Alaikum

When you release an animal in the name of God to hunt, that hunted animal is halal for us.

But why did God distincted between that if the dog/predator takes a bite for itself or left the whole for you?

And is it obligatory to utter the name of God while releasing the predator?

Thirdly, that God has given a specific Sunnah way to slaughter animals in order to not leave any blood in the body. In this case that Sunnah is not being acted upon, provided that the body is becoming blood free anyway. Can that be done with all the other Sunnahs too, that those Sunnahs were established in order to fulfillm a purpose: cleanliness etc. So, e.g., if a woman wants to keep her nails long, despite cutting nails being a Sunnah, but keeping them clean; the purpose still being fulfilled, so the woman is not doing anything of any lesser grade ?

In the case of hunting the trained predator acts on your behalf, he slaughter an animals for you, and spills the blood. If he bites his prey, he is not fully trained and therefore doesn’t your substitute and thus is a beast and his prey is haram like the prey of a beast.

The trained predator can’t pronounce the name of God. Thefore we pronounce it while unleashing him towards the prey.

If the blood of the prey doesn’t spill out when a trained predator hunts it is not halal.

Women if they can clean the nails, they can keep long nails if they like.
