Awrah For Men
I know the awrah for men is from the navel to the knees, but the basic purpose is to cover and guard the private parts so if while watching something like a football match you often see players knees or even some of the thigh as they are wearing shorts, are you sinful if you look at these things as they are still part of the awrah but since you don’t see any of the private parts could it be fine?

Thighs are adjacent to private parts therefore for better covering they are covered too.
If for some reasons thighs or knees are exposed, this not good but can be ignored.
