How to know about the time of the revelation of specific ayat or verse in Quran as some verses were revealed for a very specific reason at the time of our beloved prophet Muhammad S.A.W. To elaborate my question, what was the situation when Surah ikhlas was revealed?

It can only be known from the context of the verses. The traditions of Shaan e Nozul do not confirm the time of revelations, nor is it required to know about every verse.
It is not known definitely at what particular time Surah Ikhlas was revealed.

I am sorry I couldn’t explain you my question. I will give you an example to elaborate my question. There is verse in Surah Ahzab that “They deserve to be˺ condemned. ˹If they were to persist,˺ they would get themselves seized and killed relentlessly wherever they are found!1”
Now if someone like me who is learning and wants to know why was this verse revealed and what was the situation or context?
