God'S Omniscience And Free Will
Posted by ahmad arif on May 27, 2025 at 11:59 amGod knows everything. Can he tell a boy what he will eat tomorrow and will that boy be able to not eat that thing and choose otherwise?

God announced his fate and that meant that Abu Lahab won’t accept islam and be a devoted muslim.

Just like he restricted the free will of Abu lahab to prove his verse right???

Take the example of the children of Israel. They were cursed by God. It is declared that they would never follow the prophet. Still they were asked if they fulfill the terms of the covenant of God, He will fulfil His terms for them. Abu Lahab could have turned around but he chose to carry on.

If i will tell any severely handicapped person that bring this bottle to me…
You will say he can not do that!
Why….its because you know that his condition is like that …
And you are not restricting him to do that…
Similarly if God says he will not choose right path….it will not mean God resticted him to choose true path…rather it means God has knowledge of future, but he is not forcing him to do that.
