Is it possible that there are any teachings or directives in religion Islamt that may not fully satisfy one’s intellectual or rational curiosity or is it the case that the entire message of religion, including all of God’s commands, is meant to be fully understandable, reasonable, and aligned with human nature and intellect? Has there ever been any religious instruction that you personally found difficult to accept or understand intellectually?

Islam is a whole and coherent system. It needs intellectual exercise to appreciate it, which requires deliberation. In this process, one evolves from a lesser understanding to a better one. At times, one does not understand the nature and relation of a problem, and then it unfolds how it is related to its roots in the system.
