Case / Scenario:
There are certain credit / debit cards which give cash back in form of monetary value based on spending. Similarly, there are certain retail / ecommerce businesses that also share cash back based on certain purchases or spending (specially in GCC / western countries).
Example:
Spending USD 10k on groceries will give USD 1k as cash back in your account / card.
Query:
A. Would these cash backs / rewards be eligible for Zakaat calculations?
B. And would these be based on the 20% rule (no labor, no investment)? or any other percentage? -
