My friend got married few a days ago, but suddenly there was chaos in his house that he is going give divorce his wife. I asked about the reason, he told me that I was a virgin haven’t had sex in my life but my wife was not virgin so i can’t live with her. My question is if he divorce her will he be accountable for this from shariah point of view? And secondly, what aur shariah teach about this virginity issue? Please guide me.

Every one prefers to marry the one who is not a zani. If the husband has found that his wife had illegal sex before, and he is sure about that with some proven, established evidence or confession of wife, then it is his choice to keep her or not. If it is only his assumption, because our people have misconception about proving of virginity, then it is accusation for which he will he held accountable.
