کیا حسین رضی اللہ عنہ کا سر کاٹ کر بادشاہ یزید کو پیش کیا گیا تھا ؟ اگر واقعی ایسا تھا تو یزید کے اندر رسول اکرمﷺ کے نواسے سے اتنی دشمنی کیوں پیدا ہوگئی تھی کہ پورے خاندان کو مار دیا اور نبیﷺ کے قریب ترین فرد کا سر کاٹ کر اسے پیش کیا گیا ؟
تاریخی لحاظ سے اس بات کا کیا جواب ہے ؟؟

سب سے پہلے تو یہ جاننا ضروری ہے کہ تاریخ کو پڑھنے کا یہ طریقہ درست نہیں۔
تاریخ کو دیکھنے کے اصول سمجھنے ہیں تو غامدی صاحب کی واقعہ کربلا پر پلے لسٹ ہے، اسی طرح امیر معاویہ اور علی رض کے تنازعات پر بھی، وہ مکمل سنیں.
اس طرح کی تمام تاریخی روایات پر تنقید پڑھنی ہے تو کفایت اللہ سنابلی صاحب کی کتاب قابل مطالعہ ہے

سر، برائے مہربانی صرف اس سوال کا جواب دیدیں کہ کیا حضرت حسین کے خاندان کو قتل کرنے اور ان کا سر کاٹ کر یزید کو پیش کرنے کی روایت غلط ہے یا درست ہے۔ اگر درست ہے تو یزید میں اتنی نفرت کیسے پیدا ہوگئی کہ خاندان کو بھی قتل کروا دیا اور اس کے آگے سر بھی کاٹ کر پیش کیا گیا ؟؟ کیا اس زمانے کا کلچر ہی ایسا تھا یا حسین کا جرم ہی اتنا بڑا تھا ؟؟

There was no hatred against Hussain (rta) and his family, and not everyone was killed. Imam Zain ul Abideen and other members of his family were taken to Yazeed after this incident and they were treated in a very good manner and were returned after few days in a proper escort. It is also narrated that Head of Hussain (rta) was presented in front of Yazeed (the same is reported for Ibn-e-Ziyad so there could be duplication) and he expressed sorrow after seeing this, cursed Ibn-e-Ziyad for murdering Hussain (rta) and stated that had he been there, he would have spared him. It appears that Imam Zain ul Abideen and other female members were not harmed because they did not actively participate in the battle/resistance. Had there been any enmity against the family of Hussain (rta), then no one should have survived the action of the government during Karbala. Also two years later, during incident of Harra (Battle of al-Harra), family of Hussain (rta) specially Imam Zain ul Abideen was not hurt in any way because Yazeed knew they were no involved in that rebellion. The dictatorship/monarchy of Yazeed considered it an act of rebellion and acted how all monarchies act when they smell even a whiff of challenge to their rule. The reaction of Yazeed, specifically of ibn-e-Ziyad was disproportionate to the act of Hazrat Hussain (rta) which was a poor political move and unwarranted aggression.
