Asking Online Question/Interaction With Javid Ah Ghamdi Sahb

Respected Admin of this plateform and dear other members ,I have been registering for online live question/ answer sessions which Ghamdi sahb holds from almost one year . I register for each program from one year but I never get a chance to participate.My zoom app is intact ,as is the Ask Ghamdi app.
Can any one assist me how to sort it out.
Do I need to do anything extra or another wayout so that I can have interaction with Ustaad Mohtaram.

Attendees are called out to ask questions in the order of their registration date/time. The sooner you register for the event, the more the chances you will get your turn to ask a question. Everyone gets a notification in the App. as soon as the event is announced and opened for registration, which gives equal chance to everyone to register as early as they want.
A separate thread is created each week whenever announcement of the event is made. You can also choose to subscribe to this thread in order to receive timely notifications/reminders/Instructions regarding the event. This thread is pinned on top of the forum for everyone to see:
