Hurting Others
If I did hurt someone in past some years ago and now I want to apologize but can’t contact her/him and don’t want to ask others for their contact number too.. what should I do ?

And if we did hurt someone in front of others .. should we apologize to only victim or all other people with whom we r involved in backbiting ?
