Assalamu Alaikum, if in a game (grow a garden) there are seeds to grow based on July 4th, would I be sinful for buying it and growing it since it could be considered celebrating that what christians do mostly or not? JazakAllahu Khairan

Game is not a reality.
Only thing which can make you sinful is celbrating polytheistic rituals. 4th of July is independence of US, not a Christian celebration
