Assalamu Alaikum, people or some scholars have started saying that while fasting if any saliva leaves ur mouth or anything and you swallow this back this breaks ur fast. This gave me OCD because if I sneeze or touched my lips and felt saliva, this would dry of course. But then if that same area touched my mouth, I would constantly rinse my mouth because I thought the wetness would cause the saliva to enter my mouth again. Due to this, fasting has become a extreme difficulty for me now. I kept waking up to rinse my mouth. What do I do? JazakAllahu Khairan.

Thanks for sharing. It is difficult to aseess their claim because they donot give any argument from quran o Sunnah even hadith.
However, as per our understanding, it donot break fast aligning with Hanfi school of thought.
