Oaths
Assalamu Alaikum, before or after I had gotten my mensuration, I used to make oaths and break them. All I remember is that during this time whether after or before mensuration, I barely had any knowledge of islam. I knew breaking an oath was a wrong and serious thing but I did not know of the consequences or how big it actually was. I broke my oath a number of times. Do I have to give kaffarah for these oaths or will this be pardoned due to my lack of knowledge? I was also not aware kaffarah was required till now. Also, if one makes an oath they regret taking, is there any way they can back out of that oath? JazakAllahu Khairan.
