Someone asked me a question that there were other creation to create us why did Allah has to even create us. Then consequently some have to go to Jahanum as well

God has not provided us this information. Everything said will be a speculation.
Only thing we have been told is that, God decided to create humans with purpose of testing us and we agreed to it.
