    Sir as per these hadiths…

Narrated Nafi:IbnUmar told us that the people used to buy food from the caravans in the lifetime of the Prophet. The Prophet (ﷺ) used to forbid them to sell it at the very place where they had purchased it (but they were to wait) till they carried it to the market where foodstuff was sold. Ibn `Umar said, ‘The Prophet (ﷺ) also forbade the reselling of foodstuff by somebody who had bought it unless he had received it with exact full measure.’

    (Sahih al-Bukhari 2123, 2124)

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Prophet (ﷺ) said:

“Do not meet the traders on the way, and whoever meets any of them and buys from him, the vendor has the choice of annulling the transaction when he comes to the marketplace.”

    (Sunan Ibn Majah 2178)

    Sir i have 3 questions

    1) can we purchase any goods from the trader directly before it reaches the market?

    2) can we sell the item at the same spot where we bought it?

    3) Does the physical possession is required before selling the item to next person? is it permissible to sell the item first to a person then get the payment then afterwards pay to the person from which we bought?

It will be very kind of you if you clear the confusion about these matters in my mind

Please respond me it will be very greatful of you.
