Buying Expensive Clothes
I read other discussion about buying expensive clothes or cars,but I don’t understand.
What I know,is thath if I can afford it i can buy it,but is shoul have a purapose,if I am not worng.
Regardig buyibg expensive thing i do not undertand if the difference if a i am doing a water of money,or pride or arrogante.
I watch a video where ghamidi shab was explaining about thath a person ask our prophet thath he like to buy exoensive clothes and exoensive stuff,and he ask if he was doing arrogante,and prophet respinta no,arrogante is when you refute truth.
My question is can I biy expensive clothes,or ohone,or cars,or even many cars?if I can afford it.
It will be considered a waste or showing wealth?

You can buy them for your personal use or for the satisfaction of your aesthetic sense, but they should not be used as a mode of expressing your wealth and pride. Your intention should not be of showing pride, arrogance or wealth.
Additionally, care should be given to the surroundings where one is living i.e. whether or not such expensive things can become a source of inferiority or discomfort for the nearby people/neighbours when they see such stuff.
