Barrier Not Possible To Remove For Wudu
If due to a wound blood has dried up in an area where it’s not possible to remove without causing harm can that barrier be ignored when performing wudu and ghusl and what if that barrier remains there even after the wound has healed. For example I had a operation done on my foot where an area of the nail was cut which caused a lot of blood to come out during the healing some of which got stuck and hardened under the nail which was now exposed this area was an area that needs to be cleaned when performing wudu however it was not possible to remove this blood without causing harm to myself. Can I ignore such barriers which cannot be removed even if I wanted to remove them

In such hardships, relaxation is available and one can perform Wudu over the barrier.
The principle is EASE in matters of Ibadah, as Quran says:
يُرِيدُ اللَّهُ بِكُمُ الْيُسْرَ وَلَا يُرِيدُ بِكُمُ الْعُسْرَ
God desires ease for you and does not want to be harsh with you. (Excerpt from 2:185)
