Are Calmness And Proper Position Requirements Of Salah?
Assalamu Alaikum, regarding the conditions of Salah, we know that we should be calm and properly be in each position during each position in Salah. Does this mean one has to be at rest? For example, while standing we should have our body’s calm and at rest. If it is not, would Salah still be valid? Is this a requirement for the validity of Salah? JazakAllahu Khairan.

If it were required for the validation of prayer, it must have been mentioned by the Prophet.
It is a general requirement for every important act. One should be calm, composed, and focused to perform well.
