Zakat On Savings
Is zakaat on a fixed savings amount (gold or money) required to be paid just once or every year? For example: A person has 100 grams of gold jewellery that is not for peronal use and they pay 2.5 grams as zakaat after one year. Are they required to pay zakaat on the remaining 97.5 grams again next year?

Yes. Every year one has to pay zakat on gold which is not for personal use.
