CCD In Pakistan
I have a question. Now a days in Pakistan, punjab government made a new department called CCD(crime control department) which is giving punishment to people without any judicial remand. Although those people have done something bad , can that department still give them punishment by either encounter them or by cutting their fingers and private parts. I am sure you have come across those videos on social media. If not then you might come across one day. Please could you guide us on this matter. If you have already discussed this matter then i would like you to tell video link. Looking forward for your kind response.

No department can go beyond the law. Law enforcement agency is more obliged to obey law.
