Assalamu Alaikum, what is meant by sahih Muslim 831, what are the times we are not allowed to pray? Also, is one sinful for delaying the prayer of asr for no reason till almost before magrib like 30 mins before magrib or after sun turns yellow? JazakAllahu Khairan.

At the time of sunrise, the middle of the day, and the sunset. In different seasons, the time changes accordingly. The solar calendars mention them.

It is not desirable to delay the Asr prayer till the sun turns yellow. You can delay it if necessary, up to 30 minutes before Maghrib.
