Interest is the demanding of extra money on money lent to someone, if I’m not wrong.
What about the profit given by a bank into a savings account?
Is this profit same as interest when the account holder did not demand this profit?

This is not Riba. The account holder deposits the money as an investment with the bank. This is not loan.
